Design and Strength Analysis of an Autonomous Mobile Robot Chassis Structure Independent of the Load Capacity

چکیده
Bu çalışmada operatör ve sürücüye ihtiyaç duymadan otonom bir şekilde fabrika endüstriyel tesislerde yükün yerden alınarak başka yere taşınması işlevini gerçekleştiren Otonom Mobil Robot (OMR)’nin tasarım analizi yapılmıştır. OMR’lerin özellikle duymaması gibi özellikleri onlara geniş kullanım alanı sağlamıştır. çalışma için özgün OMR tasarımı gerçekleştirilmiştir. Tasarımı yapılan OMR’nin 1000, 1500 2000 kg yük altında meydana gelen deformasyon gerilme Tasarım gerçekleştirilirken taşıyıcı şasesinde gerilmenin yükten bağımsız olması özelliği düşünülmüştür. Elde edilen analiz sonuçları ile tasarımın bu sağladığı simülasyon yardımıyla ispatlanmıştır. Her üç de sonuçlarında şasenin dayanımı yaklaşık aynı çıkmıştır. Böylece, boyutları yapısından olan yalnızca tekerlerin toplam kapasitesi kadar taşıyabilen elde edilmiştir.
